Raising Twenty1 provides training to parents and pre-schools on Social Skills, Literacy and Numeracy, and Managing Behaviour. The purpose of the training is to highlight how children with Down’s Syndrome learn as they have recognised learning strengths and challenges. If parents and teachers are able to teach to the children’s strengths then learning can potentially be improved or even accelerated.
